The budget plan starts May 1st through April 30th each year. For current customers, we review your current fuel usage for the previous season and project approximate fuel usage for the coming fuel season. Once a projection is made, a budget payment plan is created and your first payment is due May 1st.
We participate in the Home Energy Assistance Program (H.E.A.P.). To participate, you must have an account with us. For more information regarding H.E.A.P. eligibility, contact your local county department of social services.
This program guarantees that your price will never be higher than the quoted price. You pay the cap price or the market price whichever amount is lower. This requires a non-refundable price protection fee of $100, which is payable when you enter the contract.
All new customers are required to pay for their first delivery prior to any delivery being made. We accept cash, check, credit card, which can be paid in our office located at 111 Holmes St., Palmyra, NY 14522, located in the John S. Blazey Kubota Dealer building or mail to PO BOX 360 Palmyra, NY 14522.
We require a cash only down payment of 30% of the annual forecast at the time of your agreement. To estimate your bill, your fixed rate is for the entire heating season and is based on your usage history. This requires a down payment that must be payable when you sign your contract.
You can purchase a specific number of gallons of fuel at a locked in price for the duration of the set amount of gallons purchased or until April 30th of the purchasing fuel season. If the specific number of gallons has been used prior to the end of the fuel season, the purchasing price will be the current selling price. If purchased fuel is not used in full by April 30th, then the remainder will be turned back into a dollar amount. All pre-buy options must be paid in full prior to the start of the fuel season.
